Darcy Receives Point of Light Award
Mickey Darcy, founder and Executive Director of Christmas in April*Northcoast, became the 1,352 person to receive the Daily Points of Light Award.
The points of Light Foundation, the Corporation for National Service and the Knights of Columbus sponsored the Award.
Mickey received congratulatory letters from Presidents Clinton and Bush. Mickey also volunteers through the Wickliffe Jay-C-ettes, Lake Erie Girl Scout Council, Wickliffe Chamber of Commerce and Wickliffe Neighborhood Watch program.
